At Fuddie In Cucina all the meats are cooked with an innovative cooking technique, the “Vacuum Cooking at Low Temperature or CBT”. This technique allows us to keep the organoleptic properties of food intact, plus it makes it possible to create unique flavors. The cuts of meat and the Rubs (a mixture of spices and aromatic herbs) are selected and mixed by us both for the preparation of the burgers but also for the creation of Mexican dishes, allowing us to make each dish replicable in its uniqueness. 90% of our dishes are prepared by us, starting with buns, burgers, fried chicken, meatballs, some sauces, etc.
